Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.

Financing your Dental Procedures

Our office does not offer in house financing or payment plans, but we do accept Care Credit.

CareCredit is a simple way to consolidate and manage certain out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, because it is a credit card with a revolving line of credit that can be used repeatedly and for any family member. CareCredit offers two basic payment plans to meet an individual’s financial needs:

  • No Interest Plans for 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months that charge no interest when accountholders make their required minimum monthly payment and pay off the remaining balance within the promotional period. These are the most popular plans, with more than half of patients selecting these options.
  • Extended Payment Plans for 24, 36, 48 or 60 months. These plans carry an interest rate that is more competitive than most bankcards and feature a fixed, monthly payment and a longer term.

While all CareCredit providers offer at least three months no-interest for every transaction, not all practices offer every payment plan.

You may apply for care credit in our office or at www.carecredit.com

Insurance

As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental insurance programs, including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional) and PPO.  We are in-network preferred providers for many major PPO networks, please contact us specific details. We are not part of any managed care networks (HMO or DMO).  Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
